The initial goal is to gather answers to the questions below. We do not frame the questions as seen below, but we arrive at the same answers (and then some). Questioning has to be easy, it has to help the customer recall or you will not get quality data, quality is the main goal. Market Findings is also answering specific questions that the dealer has inputted. We will dive into our questioning methods further down in the presentation. A typical survey could take anywhere from 1 minute to 18 minutes, but most average 7 minutes, it all depends on the answers given. Each survey is unique, it changes with the customers input and conforms to the customers journey and perception.
